Myrt's guest for the podcast is Elaine Booth, director of the St. George Regional Family History Training Center, who will be presenting at the upcoming St. George Family History Expo 2009, to be held 27-28th February at the Dixie Center in St. George, Utah. This year's theme is  "CyberExchange 101: Learn the tech to search your roots".

TITLE: Researching in the Midwestern States
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: All
DESCRIPTION: This class will reveal the history of the Midwest and the research tools available to the researcher in the two regions of the Midwestern states: The Great Plains and the Northwest Territory.

Pre-registration cost for both days is $60.00. (Ends: Feb. 14, 2009)
At the door cost will be $65.00.
One day at the door cost will be $50.00

Even though costs have risen we are not charging you more this year in honor of our 5th Year Anniversary!

You will receive a registration packet, name tag, CD syllabus, and a goody bag. Please pick these up when you check in at the event.  For those wishing to receive their syllabus as a printed book there is an additional cost of $24.95 plus shipping. Books will not ship until after the event. For your convenience we will have them available to pick up at the Expo if you like.
