Myrt's guest for the podcast is Michael Booth, from www.RootsMagic.com, who will be presenting at the upcoming Mesa Arizona Family History Expo, to be held 14-15 November 2008 at the Mesa Convention Center. This year's theme is  "CyberExchange 101: Learn the tech to search your roots".

Michael is vice-president of development for RootsMagic, Inc. He is an accomplished trainer, having given hands-on, entertaining presentations to thousands. With over 25 years of computer programming experience, Micheal's latest creation is "Personal Historian" -- unique software to help you organize and write personal and family histories. The developer of other genealogy software programs such as "GIPSI", "AncestorEntry", "AncestorMatch", and the "The Leicester Project."

MIKE'S CLASSES

TITLE: Personal Historian: Bringing Life to Your Life Stories
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: All levels

TITLE: Mapping Your Family History with Family Atlas
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: All levels

Classes
Pre-registration (through 1 Nov 2008) is $75 for the classes. Late registration is $90. At-the-door registration is $50 per day. You will receive a registration packet, name tag, CD syllabus, and a goody bag. Please pick these up when you check in at the event.  For those wishing to receive their syllabus as a printed book there is an additional cost of $24.95 plus shipping. Books will not ship until after the event. For your convenience we will have them available to pick up at the Expo if you like.

Exhibit Hall
The exhibit hall is open to the public at no cost.
