Myrt's guest for the podcast is Merrill White, from www.FamilySearch.org, who will be presenting at the upcoming Mesa Arizona Family History Expo, to be held 14-15 November 2008 at the Mesa Convention Center. This year's theme is "CyberExchange 101: Learn the tech to search your roots". Merrill was born and raised in Sparks, Nevada. Graduate of Brigham Young University with a BA in history and music minor. He has lectured at the AAHGS National Conference, BYU Computerized & Genealogy and Family History Conferences, and many local conferences regarding various genealogical practices and software. Merrill has worked in the LDS Family and Church History Department for eight years.
