Jim Greene has over 25 years experience in the computer industry, having worked both at IBM and Novell before coming to FamilySearch.org five years ago to work as a Product Manager on the new FamilySearch. Jim has been responsible for researching, gathering and communicating user requirements for the design of the new FamilySearch.
